Description
This professional catering case, featuring a black finish, is a compact, fully equipped mobile workstation designed for professional use in catering, at trade fairs, and at events. Thanks to its sturdy flight case construction, four swivel casters (two with locking brakes), and four ergonomic recessed handles, the case is easy to transport and can be securely positioned at the venue.
The work surface is set at an ergonomic height of 950 mm, offering ample space for food preparation. A sink with a space-saving, fold-down faucet is integrated on the left side. A pre-installed instantaneous water heater is located in the cabinet unit beneath it, with fresh water supplied via a direct connection.
Wastewater can be routed into a 20-liter tank housed in the left-hand cabinet unit. Alternatively, a service hatch allows for a direct connection to an existing drainage system.
The central cabinet unit features four drawers, providing optimal storage space for kitchen utensils: two shallow drawers (approx. 85 mm high) and two deep drawers (approx. 155 mm high). A ceramic cooktop is integrated above the drawers, with a ventilation panel located at the rear.
The right-hand cabinet unit contains three adjustable shelves that can be flexibly configured to meet specific storage needs.
A dual-socket frame with pre-installed outlets is integrated into the front right side. All plumbing and electrical systems are professionally installed and ready for immediate use.
The detachable lid features four integrated, fold-out legs, allowing it to be quickly converted into an additional work or serving table. A rear service hatch provides convenient access to technical connections and facilitates maintenance and servicing.
