Configure your 19 inch Rack – wood thickness, colors & materials
Our racks are made from high-grade birch plywood and have a special bonded coating. In this manner, they have the best possible protection against external influences such as moisture, but the coating also protects against scratching or scuffing. Just like all our flight cases, the 19‘‘ Racks are available in more than 20 different colors. We also offer a number of options in terms of functionality for our racks. You can choose for infinitely adjustable (no fixed increments) rack rails that can be mounted on the front or on the front as well as the back. We also offer perforated rack rails specifically meant for the mounting of IT equipment. In principle, the mounting screws are always included with the delivery of each 19″ rack.
For theft proof transport the racks can also be equipped with lockable closures. Within this category you can opt for a closure with an eyelet that allows for the use of a padlock or you can choose for a lock with an integrated cylinder that can be locked directly. Depending on individual preferences you can also have your new 19‘‘ rack equipped with wheels or strips that protect against sliding around.
The height of the racks can be freely chosen between 4U and 30U – if you require a different height, please contact us anytime, we will provide a custom-made solution for you.

Live 19” Rack – Our top-seller for light to medium duty
Our top-seller for medium duty. This rack variant is outfitted with medium ball corners. The 25 x 25 mm aluminium extrusions on the edges offer a high level of protection from the outside.
Pro 19” Rack – The ideal rack for long term use with heavy devices
The toughest rack for hard daily use. Due to the 9mm birch plywood, the 30 x 30mm aluminium extrusions and the large ball corners this rack is virtually indestructible.
